The value of diversity
The spectrum of nationality, age, gender, professional experience and academic background of our MBA
students brings energy and fruitful exchange that few MBA programs can offer. Special consideration will
be given to woment to enter the labor market, and to students with academic and/or professional
backgrounds that differ from a typical MBA profile: such as sciences (physics, chemistry, mathematics, etc.)
and humanities (social sciences, literature, philosophy, law, etc.). Each year we can accept a maximum of five
young graduates with an outstanding academic record, even with limited or no working experience. These candidates will be required to attend pre-courses.
Who is a typical MBA participant?
A typical MBA participant is an inquisitive and enthusiastic person who qualifies as a good listener with a solid line of focus and involvement. MBA individuals possess a strong intuition and stamina alongside a good academic background manifested in a number of years of work experience. When an individual opts for an MBA, they are driven by a willingness to grow as a manager and a person by investing themselves in new opportunities, responsibilities and ethical values.
SDA Bocconi: a multicultural experience
« Of particular interest to me are the clubs that Bocconi boasts. They seem to go to the very heart of what makes Bocconi and Italy great. Culture, creativity, and social interaction all seem to be stressed heavily.
In addition, I am very intrigued by the diversity that the university has. It seems that a student can't help but get a multicultural experience while attending Bocconi. »
