MBA and women

What participants say

Nicola DouglasBeing part of WIB is a tremendous opportunity and challenge which continuously inspire me. An opportunity because I am fortunate to work with a great team of women who are intelligent, resourceful and ambitious. Challenging because we still have to break through some of the barriers and preconceived notions of feminism attributed to an organization established by women.

Nicole BaumAn MBA from SDA Bocconi gives all students, women included, the opportunity to apply real life experience to theory and concepts.
Given that SDA Bocconi has a large number of female students in the MBA program, you are sure to get an approach to learning that is diverse, multifaceted and enriching, allowing students to re-enter the workforce with a true competitive edge.

Pilar ChaparroThe MBA, has helped me sell myself better for higher positions. It has given me a framework for approaching business situations that allows me to be quicker in finding solutions and in understanding the key drivers and issues at hand. In order to grow in the ranks of any type of corporate, business, or entrepreneurial activity additional education aids in building the credibility and skill set. I also believe that women find themselves having to work a little harder and prove their worth a little more than their male counter parts thus, obtaining a MBA degree can aid in getting the extra bit help.
